I have never tried the Revlon nail stickers before but when I saw
these pretty floral designs I had to get one.
The box states that the appliques are UV cured to make them last and they won’t dry out. I’ve had mine on for 6 days and they haven’t cracked, so that’s a positive. When nail products are UV cured you shouldn’t add a topcoat as this causes them to dry out.
Wear: Mine have been long-lasting. I have had them on for 6 days and
as you can see from the photos below there is only slight chipping/wear on the tips.
They are starting to slightly peel now so I’ll most likely remove them tomorrow.
I’m happy with 6/7 days of wear. This colour/design however is very chip
forgiving, you can hardly notice the wear. They held up well and still looked
great after a few days plus I got so many compliments. I can’t say what the removal process is like but I have read that it’s
easy. You peel them off slowly and can remove the glue residue with some
remover.
I’m surprised that I haven’t tried them sooner as I love Revlon
products. I wanted all of the designs, however there was no sale and at the
regular price of $15.95 I barely wanted to get one set, the price is a bit
expensive. As they are pricey I usually apply them for a special occasion or
event.
I purchased 01 About A Pearl. A pretty and girly design, which is not too ‘out
there’ so it’s work appropriate. The box states that the appliques are UV cured to make them last and they won’t dry out. I’ve had mine on for 6 days and they haven’t cracked, so that’s a positive. When nail products are UV cured you shouldn’t add a topcoat as this causes them to dry out.
Application: The pack includes 18 appliques in various sizes, a
cuticle stick and a nail file. I found them super easy to apply. They adhered
well and there was no peeling. Start with clean, dry nails. Select a size that
best fits your nail, press sticker firmly over entire nail surface. Fold remaining
applique over nail tip and remove excess using a nail file. To me they are one of
the easiest nail stickers to apply.
After applying
Overall: I’m so pleased with the Revlon appliques, so glad I finally
tried them. I’ll definitely be using them again. They’re easy and fast to use
and look superb on the nails. The floral designs are so pretty and you’ll be
sure to get lots of nail compliments. I definitely recommend that you try these, hopefully you'll love them as much as I do.
